Let me tell you a little bit about myself, Brandon Massey. I was born on June 9, 1973, in Waukegan, Illinois and grew up in Zion, a suburb north of Chicago. I self-published my first novel, Thunderland, in 1999 and after selling a few thousand copies, Kensington Publishing Corp. in New York offered me a two-book contract and published a revised edition of Thunderland in December 2002. Since then, I’ve published up to three books a year, ranging from thriller novels to short story collections and anthologies. My newest suspense thriller, Covenant, was published in November 2010 and I have plenty more stories in the works that I’ll be publishing in the coming years. I currently live with my family near Atlanta, GA. And by the way, “Massey” is pronounced like “mass,” not “macy.”
